We collect information necessary to coordinate pediatric dental appointments and clinical care inquiries, including parent/guardian names, child's name and age, contact numbers, email addresses, and general dental concerns.
2. Medical Confidentiality & Compliance
All patient information is handled under strict UAE medical confidentiality and international standards. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal health information to third-party commercial marketing entities.
3. Payment Information Security
When scheduling appointments, transactions are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
