1. Medical Emergency Disclaimer
THIS PLATFORM IS NOT FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ACUTE CHEST PAIN, SEVERE SHORTNESS OF BREATH, OR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER (112 / 911) IMMEDIATELY.
2. Telehealth Scope of Practice
Online video consultations conducted by Dr. Mereesha Kayyalakkal provide specialist pediatric dental evaluation, second opinions, prescription guidance, and oral health advice for children. Telehealth does not replace in-person physical clinical intervention or dental emergency treatment when clinic/hospital care is indicated.
3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Consultations must be booked and paid for prior to session confirmation. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time for full refund processing.
4. Patient Accuracy
The patient warrants that all information provided (age, medical symptoms, existing medications) is truthful and accurate to ensure optimal clinical advice.
