2. Scope of Practice
Pediatric dental services provided by Dr. Mereesha Kayyalakkal (MDS, BDS, MOH License: D63940) include specialist pediatric dental examinations, restorative treatments, nitrous oxide sedation, zirconia crowns, habit counseling, and interceptive orthodontics across Fujairah and the Eastern UAE.
3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled prior to consultation confirmation. Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate other pediatric patients.
4. Patient Accuracy & Medical History
Parents/guardians are required to provide accurate information regarding their child's medical history, allergies, existing conditions, and medications to ensure safe clinical management.
